Step into an evening of Dungan culture and food. Join your local Dungan host to experience the modern Dungan meal of HoGo, a communal meal your group can enjoy together as you learn about the history of the Dungan ethnic group and how this Muslim Chinese people immigrated to Central Asia over 140 years ago. Afterwards, try on traditional Dungan costumes (great for a photo shoot) and take home a small souvenir of the experience to help it live on in your heart long after you've left for home.
