You will get to the beginning of hiking through some villages. You will see local life, houses and buildings through the car window. The last village on the way is Djety-Oguz (means Seven Bulls on kyrgyz language). It is famous for its unusually bright, red sandstone rock formations, some of the most popular rocks are Seven Bulls and Broken Heart. Driving further through green forests up to the mountains. Start our trek at the feet of Telety pass upon arriving. Tent camp on altitude 2800 in front of Muz-Too Rocks.\nEncampment in tents.\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong>Day 2: Telety pass &#8212; Alp camp, 12km, +700m, 5-6 hours of trekking <\/strong><\/h4>\nWe are moving to Karakol valley today and starting with climbing to Telety Pass (3800m). There are two steep ascents at the beginning of this pass, but you will enjoy the view on the top. Descent to Telety-East valley until the first convenient place to have a lunch. After lunch it is a descent to Karakol Valley to Alp Camp, located on altitude 2500m.\nEncampment in tents or yurt. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong>Day 3: Alp Camp &#8212; Ala-Kul lake &#8212; Keldike valley, 9km, +1200m, 6-8 hours of trekking<\/strong><\/h4>\nWe are starting our climbing to Ala-kul lake (3533m). You will be amazed by this extraordinary lake. Ala-Kul lake\u00a0is a rock-dammed and\u00a0hidden treasure between lofty Terskey Ala Too Mountains. It is located at an altitude of approximately 3533 meters. In addition, you will be able to see the glacier where this lake begins. Ascending this pass you will also have an opportunity to enjoy inexpressible view of mountain\u00a0summits, such as Djigit, Karakol and Tashtanbek peaks. Climbing to Ala-Kul peak (3800 m) and descending to Keldike valley. \nEncampment in tents.\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong>Day 4: Keldike valley &#8212; Altyn-Arashan, 11km, -1100m, 3-4 hours of trekking     <\/strong><\/h4>\nOur next point is Altyn-Arashan valley. Extremely picturesque views of Altyn-Arashan attract large number of tourists. You will meet foreigners from around the world. Some of them visit that place for a day, but some of them stay there a week or more, enjoying the peace and beauty of this valley. Altyn-Arashan resort is famous for hot springs. There are 8-9 pools with radon water of different temperatures. Some of them were built in the open air and near the river. They are on a distance from each other. So, you can arrange a romantic night for your couple. \nDinner and accommodation in guesthouse or yurt.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong>Day 5: Altyn Arashan valley  &#8212; Almallu river, 13.5 km<\/strong><\/h4>\nDescending from Ala-Kul lake to Altyn Arashan valley or coming from Karakol city on a car or on foot, which is covered by lots of flowers and surrounded by forest. You will be able to see 5020m ice glacier, which was formed in a form of a tent, and called peak Palatka( a tent). Then you will start easy hiking in the valley, where you will be able to take a photos of horses, goats and shepherds. You will start climbing in the middle of a day to Ortok pass at 3780 meters, then descending to Ak-Suu Almallu river for a night. \nEncampment in tents.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong>Day 6: Ak-Suu Almallu river &#8212; Boz Uchuk lakes, 23.14 km<\/strong><\/h4>\nStarting your day in Almallu valley, which is full of rocks and bushes, you are going up to Ailanysh Pass. Passing the Ailanysh pass, you will get down to Jergez valley at an altitude of 2400 meters. Crossing a 3524m pass, you will get to Boz Uchuk lakes. Not small lakes are surrounded by rocks and hills. This is one of the most difficult days. Road is partly steep, and you are required to have a pair of tough shoes, especially this day. \nEncampment in tents. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong> Day 7: Boz Uchuk lakes &#8212; Boz uchuk valley, 16.1 km, &#8212; 1300m.  <\/strong><\/h4>\nDescending in the last day is a pretty easy hike. It takes a full day to get back to not wild life. You will hike a first part of a day, then our team will take you on a car to the Karakol city. \nAccommodation in a guesthouse. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong> Equipment and items for trekking part: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sleeping bag up to -5 C<\/li>\n<li>Good trekking boots with high proper ankle support and good thread. Extra shoes or pair of sandals, in case if main became wet during the rain and etc.<\/li>\n<li>Waterproof rain jacket and trousers<\/li>\n<li>Warm closes and extra closes to exchange<\/li>\n<li>Hat and cap, sun glasess, high factor sun cream<\/li>\n<li>Daypack 40-50 litters and rain cover. It is also good idea to line your daypack with a quality plastic bag<\/li>\n<li>Head-torch<\/li>\n<li>Bottle for water<\/li>\n<li>Quick drying towel<\/li>\n<li>First aid kit, if you have some disease<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong> Recommended to have<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Walking sticks<\/li>\n<li>Toiletries<\/li>\n<li>Insect repellants (for lower elevations)<\/li>\n<li>Water purification tables or a water filter (more details in Notes)<\/li>\n<li>Some Diamox pills against potential altitude sickness (if you don&#8217;t have altitude adaptation)<\/li>\n<li>Pocket knife<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 tabindex=\"0\"><strong> Important Notes <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>While on a trek, you are in the wild to enjoy the nature and the thrill of it. Its very important that you stay healthy and do not take ill on the trek to have a joyful experience in the wild. Water is important during trekking, we are providing boiled water or tea\/coffee during breakfast, lunch, dinner, however boiling the water is limited, and it is not enough if you will need to fill up your bottles for next day. Water can be a cause of stomach problems on a trek. On the other hand, you need to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Water in some hills are also the source of water for animals and wild animals on the higher area. Always fetch water from running streams. The faster the better. Stagnant water has high risk of bearing pathogens, irrespective of the cold surrounding. Whereas, as fast gushing water has very low chances of bearing pathogens in it. It even has less particulate materials. You will be able to fill up water from natural springs, it&#8217;s the best as it acts as a natural filter and has very less chances of having particles in it. Local people same as a lot of tourist don&#8217;t have a problems to drink water from the source, however if you are not sure please bring water cleaning pills with you for the trek from your homeland. You will not be able to find water cleaning pills in Kyrgyzstan.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Main Baggage:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The item of luggage used to carry all your belongings in the hold of the plane and used to store all of the items you don&#8217;t need on trek. This can be left behind at the group hotel used prior to the trek.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Luggage to the porters:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Almost all of our standard programs designed for not too long hikes, usually 4 to 8 days. We are providing as default 1 porter to 1 person, which carry 15 kg, that weight including food, tents, cooking staff and private things of clients, usually around 3-5kg first days. Everyday weight of food dicreasing and you will have possibility to give extra weight to the porter. You can order extra porter, if you having some big weight items as camera with lens, special equipment and etc. You will need to pay extra 30 euro per porter per day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daysac\/Rucksack:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>40-50 liters recommended. During the course of a trekking day, you do not have access to the luggage, which is being carried for you by the porters. In mountain region, the weather can change very fast and you must be equipped for this eventuality. Your day sac should therefore be large enough to carry waterproofs, fleece jacket, long trousers (if walking in shorts), warm hat and gloves, sun cap, sun cream, water bottle and other staff which you need during the trek. On a few occasions, it is also necessary to carry your own packed lunch.<\/p>\n\n<p>You need to have a good level of fitness and previous trekking experience is recommended. Trekking days are generally longer, challenging and at higher altitudes up to 3800 meters. Terrain may be difficult and ascents and descents are often demanding, especially during rain or snow.<\/p>\n\n<p>Travel insurance is NOT included. We recommend that clients have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss\/damage to personal belongings.
