It is great place for acclimatization before trekking. We will walk through forests and green valley. Our hiking destination will bring us to Djety-Oguz valley where we will seen famous seven bulls. Car will pick us up to Karakol.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Day 3: Karakol &#8212; Sirota hut (overnight in local camp), 15km, + 900m<\/strong><\/h4>\nMeeting with trekking team. We will start trekking from beggining of Karakol valley to have more time to walk.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Day 4: Sirota hut &#8212; Ala-Kul lake &#8212; Keldike gorge, 10km, + 900m, &#8212; 450m     <\/strong><\/h4>\nWe continue hiking to Ala-Kul lake (3533m). Ascent from Sirota hut to the lake takes approximately 2-3 hours. The lake is 2.3 km wide and 700 meters across, frozen from October to May and and surrounded by peaks and glaciers, you will have an amazing view of Terskey Ala-Too mountain peaks chain. The descent from the pass by the rocky path to the lake and continue along the coast to the waterfall, flowing from the lake. Dinner and camping in Keldike gorge.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Day 5: Keldike gorge &#8212; connection of rivers Aksu and Iyri-Tor, 15km, -700m, + 300m<\/strong><\/h4>\nOvernight in tents, taking wild hot springs in Takyr-Tor valley. Half of the day will be on touristic route.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Day 6: Connection of rivers Aksu and iyri-Tor &#8212; bottom of summing Ak-Suu wall, 8km, 4 hours. <\/strong><\/h4>\nWalking deeper to Iiri-Suu valley, crossing the few rivers and setting the camp under Ak-Suu wall mountain. We can walk in neighbor gorge, if you want to walk more that day. (overnight in tents). No tourists\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong> Day 7: Ak-Suu wall &#8212; Sary-Chat valley, 15km, +600m, &#8212; 700m.<\/strong><\/h4>\nClimbing to Hatiga pass using climbing gear and further crossing the glacier and descent to Sary-Chat valley, (overnight in tents). No tourists on the way.\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong> Day 8: Sary-Chat valley &#8212; Koiluu valley (7km, &#8212; 400m)<\/strong><\/h4>\nMeeting with shepherds and having lunch together, meeting with MTB and bike further by Koiluu valley (26km, -300m). Dinner in shepherds family (overnight in tents or shepherds house). No tourists\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong> Day 9: Koiluu valley &#8212; Echkilitash, 80km, +-700m <\/strong><\/h4>\nBiking to Echkilitash check point by the shore of Sary-Jaz river and enjoying with the view of Enylchek range. Sary-Jaz area is part of Khan-Tengri National park. It is the largest national park in Kyrgyzstan for the protection of rare and endangered species of flora and fauna, primarily to preserve the snow leopard population.\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong> Day 10: Echkilitash &#8212; Cholpon-Ata<\/strong><\/h4>\nAfter breakfast we will continue our final bike trip to Karkyra valley through Turuk pass. After pass we will mostly will do downhill. In Karkyra valley we will have a lunch and then car will pick us up to Cholpon-Ata city which is located on North side of Issyk-Kul lake.\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Day 11: Karkyra valley &#8212; Bishkek <\/strong><\/h4>\nWe will do short city tour in Bishkek and festive dinner in Supara restaurant. \nFly to home\n\u00a0\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong> Equipment and items for trekking part: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sleeping bag up to -5 C<\/li>\n<li>Good trekking boots with high proper ankle support and good thread. Its very important that you stay healthy and do not take ill on the trek to have a joyful experience in the wild. Water is important during trekking, we are providing boiled water or tea\/coffee during breakfast, lunch, dinner, however boiling the water is limited, and it is not enough if you will need to fill up your bottles for next day. Water can be a cause of stomach problems on a trek. On the other hand, you need to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Water in some hills are also the source of water for animals and wild animals on the higher area. Always fetch water from running streams. The faster the better. Stagnant water has high risk of bearing pathogens, irrespective of the cold surrounding. Whereas, as fast gushing water has very low chances of bearing pathogens in it. It even has less particulate materials. You will be able to fill up water from natural springs, it&#8217;s the best as it acts as a natural filter and has very less chances of having particles in it. Local people same as a lot of tourist don&#8217;t have a problems to drink water from the source, however if you are not sure please bring water cleaning pills with you for the trek from your homeland. You will not be able to find water cleaning pills in Kyrgyzstan.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Main Baggage:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The item of luggage used to carry all your belongings in the hold of the plane and used to store all of the items you don&#8217;t need on trek. This can be left behind at the group hotel used prior to the trek.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Luggage to the porters:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Almost all of our standard programs designed for not too long hikes, usually 4 to 8 days. We are providing as default 1 porter to 1 person, which carry 15 kg, that weight including food, tents, cooking staff and private things of clients, usually around 3-5kg first days. Everyday weight of food dicreasing and you will have possibility to give extra weight to the porter. You can order extra porter, if you having some big weight items as camera with lens, special equipment and etc. You will need to pay extra 30 euro per porter per day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daysac\/Rucksack:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>40-50 liters recommended. During the course of a trekking day, you do not have access to the luggage, which is being carried for you by the porters. In mountain region, the weather can change very fast and you must be equipped for this eventuality. Your day sac should therefore be large enough to carry waterproofs, fleece jacket, long trousers (if walking in shorts), warm hat and gloves, sun cap, sun cream, water bottle and other staff which you need during the trek. On a few occasions, it is also necessary to carry your own packed lunch.<\/p>\n\n<p>You need to have a good level of fitness and previous trekking experience is recommended. Trekking days are generally longer, challenging and at higher altitudes up to 3800 meters. Terrain may be difficult and ascents and descents are often demanding, especially during rain or snow.<\/p>\n\n<p>Travel insurance is NOT included. We recommend that clients have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss\/damage to personal belongings. In case of emergency our staff will make all the best to delivery you to hospital or other point and solve your problem, insurance will cover your charges, if you don&#8217;t have insurance, you will be required to cover charges by yourself.<\/p>\n\n<p>Breakfast: consist some of following dishes: Porridge, omelet, omelet with fried sausages, pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, boiled eggs and etc + bread, jam, butter, honey, sweets, tea\/coffee.
